For the past several weeks, students have been working on Concours d'art oratoire, the French speech contest.
Every student chose a topic, brainstormed ideas, organized their ideas, and wrote an introduction. Then, students set about writing out their ideas in three (or more) paragraphs. This writing should be completed for Monday.
Next week we'll write conclusions and then set about revising and editing our work. In other words, for Monday, students should have their first rough draft complete.
