WISE Presentation!

This afternoon, students participated in a WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) presentation about electricity. Groups used Snap Circuits to build different types of circuits to light up a bulb and power a fan. They also got to test out a plasma ball.

The Great Math Hunt!

This morning in Math, students hunted around the class for eggs. Each egg contained a math question or problem to solve.

Science Project Update

Any student wanting to rework or redo their Science Design Process Project may do so, as long as it's handed in (along with the original evaluation sheet) by Thursday, March 17th.

Students are preparing a 2-5 minute speech in English Language Arts. 
On Monday, March 14th, they will each give a book talk. A book talk is a speech given to inform the audience about a book and convince the listeners to read it.
